2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Feedback Collection

3.1 Business Responsibilities

Businesses using TumaMaoni agree to:

• Use the feedback forms only for legitimate business purposes
• Not collect sensitive personal information without explicit consent
• Clearly state their identity and purpose when collecting feedback
• Respond to customer feedback appropriately and professionally

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

Customers providing feedback agree to:

• Provide honest and constructive feedback
• Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Respect the privacy of business staff and other customers
• Not use the feedback system for harassment or abuse

4. Data Protection and Privacy

4.1 Data Processing

TumaMaoni acts as a data processor for businesses and as a data controller for Platform users. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any feedback you submit through the Platform. By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Submit malicious content or code
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TumaMaoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily limit access.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. Violations include but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities
• Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' data
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or customers
• Impersonating another person, business, or entity
• Violating intellectual property rights of TumaMaoni or third parties
• Manipulating feedback data or engaging in any form of dishonest practice

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

10.1 Verification Services

Businesses may apply for Tumamaoni Blue Tick verification by submitting business details, supporting documents, and payment proof for review. Approval depends on admin review, payment confirmation, and compliance with verification requirements.

• Verification badges may be granted, renewed, or revoked based on compliance and expiry.
• Businesses must provide accurate documentation and payment information.
• Verification services are subject to plan pricing and may be updated with notice.
